The pump section of the HaiChuan Forum is almost entirely dominated by posts about fluorinated lining pumps; regardless of the operating conditions, it is recommended to use pumps with fluorinated linings. I don’t see any such posts anywhere – could the original poster provide some examples?

I haven’t seen many recommendations for fluorinated rubber pumps either. ;P

Seek common ground while reserving differences, share freely, answer questions, and if you disagree, feel free to participate. It’s obvious that the poster is in the pump-selling business; engaging more in technical exchanges and helping others is the right approach.

As a type of corrosion-resistant pump, the PTFE pump (or PTFE-lined pump) is widely used due to its strong corrosion resistance and low cost compared to pumps made from more expensive metals. However, its performance in situations involving high temperature, high pressure, the presence of hard particles, or conditions that require a long service life still needs improvement. Every product is designed for specific purposes, and it has its own strengths and weaknesses as well as a certain range of applicable conditions; we should choose to use them by taking advantage of their strengths and avoiding their weaknesses. Different purposes lead to different choices, and consequently, different results. The views are for reference only
