300-degree temperature, concentrated sulfuric acid – what type of pump is suitable for this application, and what materials should be used? Sealing type?
At such high temperatures, ceramic pumps pose too great a risk; it’s probably not feasible. The main issue is that the sealing method is difficult to address
High-silicon cast iron? This can’t be used either, right?
At present, only high-silicon cast iron is available; so how can sealing be addressed?
For 130-140 degrees and 105 acid, what pump should be used? What heat exchanger should be used?
