The balance plate cannot be pried on the inner side of the balance drum. The gasoline pump has not been repaired for many years. The balance plate cannot be pulled with bolts and a jack. I have also used gas cutting to heat it and still cannot remove it. Please help the masters think of a solution.

You can use a highly permeable substance, such as bolt loosening fluid, which can be slightly heated to accelerate the penetration. After that, let it rest for a while, then remove it and take a look.
Normally, we use WD40 bolt loosening agent to soak it. If the vibration pulling does not work, we can only find hydraulic equipment to remove it.
How thick is your shaft? Don't bend the shaft if it's too thin. We've bent one before. Heated it several times and it cooled down every time. Then heated it again, and used the different expansion force of the parts to loosen the rusted places by themselves.
The impact hammer and loosening agent should be soaked in impurities first.
Use wd40 to put the hydraulic puller on the bubble rack and bake it first, then pull it out. If it doesn't work, I can't think of any other way.
Don't try it on site, dismantle it entirely, set it up in the factory, find a big oil drum, soak it in kerosene for one night, and try again. If this cannot be dismantled, I think the only option is to dismantle it destructively. The impeller inside and the interstage sleeve must also be chewed to death.
It can only be destructively dismantled or disassembled and overhauled. After all, the impeller and ring have been worn to varying degrees after so many years of use.
