The suction side of the circulation pump in the closed-loop cooling system always experiences too low pressure, resulting in a vacuum. What could be the possible causes? I have thought that there might be too much gas in the system, or that the flow resistance at the inlet filter is too high. Please help analyze this issue
First, remove the filter mesh to check if it is functioning properly. If it’s normal, make one of your own with a wire mesh structure to replace the current punching method. Second, is there a buffer tank installed at the pump inlet?
