During the alignment of the pump, if the distance between the motor’s front and rear feet is small and the gap below is large, it is necessary to use many shims under the front feet. Is there any requirement regarding the thickness of these shims? If too many shims are used, could this cause the rear feet to become unstable?
A difference of within 10mm is not a problem; the key question is why there is such a large difference. The longer the motor, the more shims are needed. If too many shims are required, start by using one shim first
