Treatment of leakage in WFB sealless self-priming pumps

1. The motor rotates in the reverse direction; reverse the wiring to restore normal rotation. 2. The motor’s speed is low – increase the frequency of operation or replace it with a motor that has a higher speed. 3. The axial gap of the auxiliary impeller is too large; adjust this axial gap. 4. The auxiliary impeller is corroded and damaged; replace it. 5. There is internal leakage in the outlet valve or in the check valve, resulting in leakage when the pump is stopped. The auxiliary impeller only provides sealing when the pump is running; therefore, it cannot provide sealing when the pump is stopped. Replace the outlet valve and the check valve. 6. There is leakage at the sealing surface of the cover, due to loose bolts, damaged gaskets, or foreign objects on the split surface. Tighten the bolts, replace the gaskets, or clean away any foreign objects from the sealing surface

This pump has only a few components – don’t get it? Any trouble? I can’t figure it out.
