Still a magnetic gear pump? The motor overload for the two pump types is different. Overloading of a centrifugal pump occurs when the pump does not reach its rated head, and the flow rate is too high, resulting in overload. Overload of gear pumps occurs when the viscosity of the fluid is high or the outlet pipeline is long, resulting in excessive pressure on the pump and thus overload.
