It seems that the surface is filled with special grouting material. The inside is OK in the first picture, but cannot be seen clearly in the second picture. But it only needs to be slightly higher than the base. It is recommended that the holes on the pump foundation frame be laid out with 2mm steel plates and painted, which can be regarded as a beauty treatment for the equipment, for reference.
