Currently in use for evaporation crystallization, there are 6 falling film circulation pumps, model HZ200-150-315, with a flow rate of 400, head of 32, speed of 1450, and motor power of 75 kw. The temperature of the medium inside the pump is around 103°C, and during operation there is a constant cracking sound inside the volute, similar to the sound associated with cavitation. Vortex-preventing baffles have been added at the pump inlet, and the outlet valve is almost fully open, but the noise has not disappeared yet. (It was previously thought to be backflow cavitation; the pipeline has been changed and the valves are fully open, but there has been no significant reduction in the noise). Additionally: When the medium is changed to room temperature water, no such sound is heard during operation. Currently, the vibration of the pump is low: between 2 and 3, but the vibration in the outlet pipeline is high. I would like to ask everyone how to proceed with handling such issues. Thank you.

Is the outlet valve fully open? Try turning it down a bit. What is the flow rate? Strengthen the outlet pipe
Previously, the export flow rate was around 170, with a rated flow rate of 400; backflow cavitation is suspected to be the cause. Then, even after opening the valve wider, it still didn’t go away
Generally, the inlet is fully open while the outlet is partially open. This is true even with loops.
Temperature has a significant impact on cavitation; it depends on whether there are volatile light components in the medium
Cavitation: it is recommended to increase the inlet pressure. Additionally, the pump flow rate selected is too high.
