The flow-passing parts of the fluorine-lined slurry pump are completely made of fluorine plastic (the lining layer can also be replaced with other materials such as PFA and U-PE according to the requirements of the working conditions). It can be widely used in chemical industry, desulfurization, non-ferrous smelting, pesticides, acid and alkali production, papermaking, pickling process, rare earth separation, electron microscope, electronics, chemical formation box, acid and alkali unloading and other industrial working conditions. It is especially suitable for highly corrosive, easy to crystallize, Conveying solid granular materials. The applicable temperature of the pump: -20°C - 160°C. The pump body, impeller and pump cover are designed using CFD computer fluid dynamics, and all components are modularly designed. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, good anti-cavitation performance, small radial force, accurate size, smooth flow channel and good interchangeability. 2. The pump body is designed with front and rear pump covers (some small models of pumps do not have front covers) and are fixed with feet. When used in highly abrasive working conditions, the pump cover only needs to be replaced regularly instead of the entire pump body, which saves costs and maintenance costs. The pump adopts a semi-open impeller design with smooth flow channels, strong passability, and no clogging. There are back blades on the back of the impeller to effectively balance the axial force. 4. The shaft seal adopts a company's patented mechanical seal - a certain model of double-end cartridge mechanical seal (requires water cooling). The mechanical seal structure adopts a "static" design. The active ring is built-in and the compensation ring is external. The static ring is used for compensation. The spring does not contact the medium. Even if the dynamic and static rings are completely blocked, it does not affect the compensation of the static ring at all.
