The unit with low pressure was taken apart for inspection, and no problems were found!
If it’s a technical upgrade, it should be a design issue. If the problem occurs during operation the day after, it means there is an issue with the pump itself, and it should be disassembled for inspection. For reference.
Use 2 units in parallel to check for mechanical seal leakage or blockage in the pre-pump filter
Two pumps connected in series have one with high pressure and the other with low pressure; the inlet of the pump with low pressure is the inlet of the other pump. If the flow rate exceeds the pump’s rated flow rate, the pressure will be even lower

Could you tell me in detail? The system has three high-pressure pumps connected in series, with two operating at normal pressure. It’s the last unit whose pressure just won’t go up! Each pump has its own inlet, while the outlets are connected in series!
It seems to be an old pump that needs proper maintenance: the bearing clearances, the crankshaft bearing clearances, the piston seal clearances, wear on the inlet and outlet check valves, as well as the inlet filter and the outlet pressure control valve.
This system should be in parallel, right!
