In the event of a power fluctuation emergency, starting a 6000V centrifugal pump, whether it is the main pump or the backup pump, is somewhat slow following standard procedures, and the plant may even be forced to shut down. If the main pump is started immediately after tripping, there is a risk of burning out the pump due to excessive current. In such a situation, what do friends do?

There’s nothing that can be done about it. Due to electrical protection considerations, once a trip occurs, a relay reset operation is required; otherwise, immediate restart cannot be achieved. The auxiliary lubrication system interlocks are the same as well. For reference.
