It depends on how many meters tall it is
There should be a safety rope to which the fall arrest device can be attached
The industrial standard requires a platform to be installed at 6 meters, but this is a civilian building, so the industrial standard should not apply
This ladder does not meet safety standards! But it seems like we can’t do anything about it:lol
What is mentioned here is merely consciousness; it’s not necessarily necessary to take control of it.
GB 4053.2-2009 Safety requirements for fixed steel ladders and platforms 5.1 Ladder height 5.1.1 The ladder height should not exceed 5 m; when it exceeds 5 m, a landing (rest platform) should be provided, with the ladder being divided into sections. 5.1.2 The height of a single flight of stairs should not exceed 6 m, and the number of steps should preferably not be more than 16.
