Location of Construction: Within the existing factory complex of Lianyungang Nutek Chemical Co., Ltd. in the Lianyungang Chemical Industry Park, Jiangsu Province
Total Investment: The project requires an investment of 1,017.5 million yuan, of which 7 million yuan is allocated to environmental protection measures
Land Area: Construction will take place within the existing factory complex (with a total area of approximately 141,196 square meters); no additional land will be used
Construction Period: 24 months
Scope of Construction: This project involves making use of some of the existing workshops and warehouses in the factory complex, while also constructing a control room, a comprehensive building, two workshops for cellulose product production, eleven and twelve warehouses, as well as tank areas ; Purchase production equipment such as reaction vessels, distillation towers, and centrifuges, and carry out adaptive modifications to the utility and auxiliary facilities. Construct production facilities with an annual capacity of 12,250 tons of bisphenol S and 19,000 tons of cellulose-based products, thereby achieving an annual production capacity of 6,650 tons of 99.8% bisphenol S, 4,600 tons of 95% bisphenol S, 1,000 tons of 70% bisphenol S, 3,500 tons of hydroxysulfonate-type superplasticizers, 10,000 tons of cellulose diacetate, 5,000 tons of cellulose acetate butyrate, 2,000 tons of cellulose triacetate, 2,000 tons of cellulose acetate propionate, and 19,295 tons of acetic acid.
