Built at a cost of 15 million dollars, it consists of 8 large, \"powerful and compact\" container-based collectors, arranged in two groups. Each double-chimney is over 20 feet (6 meters) long. These collectors capture carbon dioxide by drawing in air using fans. Inside the collector, chemical filtering material is used to capture carbon dioxide, while allowing air to flow out on the other side. Only by operating at full capacity every year can 4,000 tons of carbon dioxide be captured, which is equivalent to the emissions from 790 cars!
