The gasification frame has a total of 10 floors, a building height of 64.4m, an installation volume of 2,100t of steel bars, and a concrete volume of over 13,000m3. The construction of the frame involves critical and super-critical projects. As the No. 1 project in Shandong Province, the Yulong Refining and Chemical Integration Project is determined to promote the conversion of old and new kinetic energy in Shandong Province. After the completion of the coal gasification hydrogen production project, it will provide stable hydrogen products for Yulong Petrochemical's downstream refining and chemical equipment. This capping has achieved another key milestone of the project, marking a new stage of project construction, laying the foundation for the next step of installation of the coal gasification hydrogen production unit, and also adding to the early completion and commissioning of the Yulong Refining and Chemical Integrated Project. The Shandong Yulong Island Refining and Chemical Integration Project is located in the Shandong Yulong Petrochemical Industrial Park in the west of Longkou City, Yantai City. The industrial park is positioned to build a high-end petrochemical, new materials and high-end manufacturing industry concentration area with international influence in accordance with the development requirements of "domestic leadership and world-class". The first phase of the Yulong Island refining and chemical integration project uses three multi-nozzle gasifiers, two in operation and one in standby. The coal-to-hydrogen production process route includes multi-nozzle coal-water slurry gasification, three-stage sulfur-resistant transformation, low-temperature methanol elution to remove acid gas, and PSA hydrogen purification. The product scale is 260,000m3/h for hydrogen and 200,000m3/h for fuel gas.
