This achievement surpassed the previous record for hydrogen production by similar products, demonstrating Shuangliang’s expertise in the design and manufacturing of large-scale electrolyzer systems. It marks another significant step forward for Shuangliang in the field of hydrogen energy. The electrolyzer is the core equipment for hydrogen production. With the development of technological frameworks and industrial chains, the global installation capacity of hydrogen production electrolyzers is entering a phase of rapid growth. Against this backdrop, Shuangliang has independently developed high-performance electrolyzers. The electrolyzer that has been successfully launched this time is of a completely new generation; it features a high electric density design and possesses five key advantages: safety, professionalism, long lifespan, low energy consumption, and intelligence. Thanks to the optimized design of its flow field structure as well as strict control over manufacturing and assembly processes, it can achieve a maximum hydrogen production rate of 2000 Nm³/h, with an electric current density of ≥6000 A/m².
