As a company specialized in the production of ball valve balls and accessories, Ouyi frequently receives orders from customers for the manufacture of large-diameter balls. These products are large in size and heavy in weight, and their manufacturing process is also complex. In order to improve product performance and meet market demands, Ouyi invested heavily in 2010 to have large-scale processing equipment capable of handling diameters up to 64 inches customized from Italy. The introduction of this equipment effectively filled the gap in domestic production capacity for such large-scale equipment in the field of ultra-heavy and extra-large high-end ball valves. As a result, Ouyi Valves became the first company in China to be able to produce ball bodies for 64-inch high-precision, ultra-heavy and extra-large diameter ball valves. To ensure precise control over product quality and meet customer requirements, Ouyi Valve Laboratory has obtained CNAS laboratory certification. It has also invested in a full set of professional testing equipment, including coordinate measuring machines, spectrometers, tensile testing machines, impact testing machines, and metallographic testing equipment. These tools are used to conduct comprehensive tests on aspects such as geometric tolerances, dimensional specifications, material composition, and physical properties of products, thereby ensuring accurate assessment of product quality and guaranteeing their flawless delivery.
