Recently, the general contracting and operation project for the Binhai Port integrated utility tunnel project (Phase 2), undertaken by 16th Chemical Construction Company, officially commenced. The project is located in the Coastal Industrial Park of Binhai Port Economic Zone, Binhai County, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province. It involves the construction of a new public utility tunnel system with a total length of approximately 12 kilometers. As a key supporting project for the development of port-related industries in this region, it enables the centralized and standardized transportation of materials. Once completed, it will create a closed-loop system of \"energy – production – logistics\", enhancing the safety of material transportation, reducing operational costs for enterprises, and contributing to the high-quality development of the Yancheng Coastal Economic Zone.
