Recently, the main structure of the central control room for the Yan’an natural gas storage and peak-shaving project, as well as the accompanying LNG facility, at Yanchang Petroleum, was completed, along with the construction of the 10KV power distribution room; this marks significant progress in the development of this project. The central control room covers an area of 1,369 square meters and has a building height of 7.1 meters; it serves as the operational hub for this project ; The total construction area of the 10KV substation is 3,100 square meters, with a building height of 10.47 meters. During the pouring process, the project department strictly followed the management procedures of prior planning, ongoing supervision, and post-completion inspection. It exercised full oversight over various aspects, including the preparation of specialized construction plans by the contractors, safety and technical briefings prior to construction, as well as the inspection of scaffolding and steel bar binding. The completion of this capping task provides a solid foundation for subsequent construction work such as decoration. It is reported that the project has entered the winter construction phase. The project team has taken preemptive measures to accurately identify safety risks, focused on identifying potential hazards within the project, and made thorough efforts to ensure safe production, thereby laying a solid foundation for fully meeting the scheduled goals of the entire project.
