To ensure the smooth progress of the lifting operation, before commencing work the project team overcame challenges such as limited space and dense surrounding building structures. They conducted numerous simulations and predictions, accurately calculated the stress parameters on the equipment as well as potential collision points, and developed a practical lifting plan along with emergency response procedures. During the lifting phase, the personnel in various positions worked together in coordination and efficiently, using a 500-ton all-terrain crane to lift the equipment into place through a direct lifting method.
