Project Name: Integrated Demonstration Project for Hydrogen Production from Wind and Solar Energy combined with Biomass to Produce 150,000 tons per year of Green Methanol in Guazhou County. Project location: Guazhou County, Jiuquan City, Gansu Province. Project investment: 4,000,000 million yuan ； Scope of the tender: A new integrated demonstration project for the production of 150,000 tons per year of green methanol is planned to be established. The project will be constructed in two phases. In phase 1, a 200,000-ton biomass gasification and syngas conversion facility will be built, along with 50 MW of off-grid photovoltaic power generation capacity and 100 MW of off-grid wind power generation capacity (the specifics to be determined based on the feasibility study). A 50,000-ton carbon dioxide hydrogenation methanol production facility and a 140,000-ton carbon dioxide separation facility will also be established, along with related supporting equipment ； The second-phase project will involve the construction of a 350MW off-grid wind and solar power facility (the specifics to be determined based on the feasibility study), along with a 500MW electrolysis plant for hydrogen production. It will also include a 100,000-ton capacity facility for the synthesis of methanol from carbon dioxide, along with related supporting facilities. Energy storage systems will be installed as appropriate, depending on the actual requirements of the project. This project is a turnkey project, and the contractor is responsible for the design, supply, construction, and acceptance within the scope of the project tender. The contractor is responsible for the comprehensive management of costs, schedule, quality, safety, environmental protection, and proper construction practices throughout the project implementation process, and is subject to supervision by the employer. The specific scope of the bidding is detailed in the bidding documents, which shall prevail.
