Scope of construction: Production of 100,000 tons of hydrogen peroxide, 1,200 tons of high-purity hydrogen, 50,000 tons of HPMC/HEMC, 50,000 tons of CMC, and 200,000 tons of chlorinated polyethylene； The total land area is 177,193 square meters, with a total construction area of 77,000 square meters. (Of which the production facilities cover 38,000 square meters, the storage area 8,000 square meters, and the auxiliary facilities 31,000 square meters.) The main construction areas include a production facility zone of 17,000 square meters, a storage area of 4,000 square meters, a tank area of 13,000 square meters, and an auxiliary facility zone for utility systems of 25,000 square meters.
