First public announcement of environmental impact assessment for 10,000-ton per year fluorine-containing high-purity electronic-grade gas project in Sichuan 2025-11-17 On November 14, the Ya’an Economic Development Zone issued the first public announcement regarding the environmental impact assessment of the capacity expansion and technological upgrade project for high-purity electronic-grade gases carried out by Sichuan Zhongqi New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. The details of the project are as follows: Project name: Capacity expansion and technical upgrade project for high-purity electronic-grade gases ； Construction unit: Sichuan Zhongqi New Energy Materials Technology Co., Ltd ； Construction location: No. 10 Qingjiang Road, Ya’an Economic and Technological Development Zone, Ya’an City, Sichuan Province ； Construction contents: It is planned to build a sulfur hexafluoride production line with an annual capacity of 13,000 tons, a nitrogen trifluoride production line with an annual capacity of 3,453 tons, a ultra-pure ammonia production line with an annual capacity of 4,000 tons, as well as painting facilities for steel cylinders and related auxiliary systems, and tank farms. Upon completion, the annual production volume will be: 13,000 tons of sulfur hexafluoride, 3,453 tons of nitrogen trifluoride, and 4,000 tons of ultra-pure ammonia ； The annual output of by-products is: 9,215 tons of 40% hydrofluoric acid.
