Construction Location: Ganmei Industrial Park, Xiuwen Town, Dongpo District, Meishan City, Sichuan Province. Scope of Construction: Ferric phosphate will be produced using the iron powder process, while lithium iron phosphate will be manufactured through a high-temperature solid-state process. A flexible production line for ferric phosphate/lithium iron phosphate will be established. The project will be constructed in two phases; in the first phase, two such flexible production lines will be built, with each line capable of producing 5,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate per year as well as 5,000 tons of ferric phosphate per year. Upon completion, the facility will have a flexible manufacturing capacity of 10,000 tons per year for ferric phosphate/lithium iron phosphate； Phase 2 involves the construction of 9 flexible production lines for iron phosphate/lithium iron phosphate; each line is capable of producing 10,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate per year, as well as 10,000 tons of iron phosphate per year, thereby creating a flexible manufacturing capacity of 90,000 tons per year for iron phosphate/lithium iron phosphate. Progress milestone: On November 13, 2025, Sichuan Jinyuansheng New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. published a draft for public comments regarding its project to produce 100,000 tons of special ferric phosphate per year and 100,000 tons of special lithium iron phosphate per year (Phase I) – this was part of the environmental impact assessment process.
