On November 28, the pouring of the raft slab for curing in Project 3 of Tianjin Zhongce Radial Tire Project, operated by the Tianjin branch of China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation No. 13, was successfully completed. The shallow raft slab of No. 3 vulcanization ditch, which was poured this time, is one of the core foundations for the project’s construction. It is 97.8 meters long and 13.5 meters wide, with a total pouring volume of 1,574 cubic meters. This requires very high standards in terms of concrete supply and on-site coordination during the project’s construction. In the face of various adverse factors, the project department made scientific arrangements and took multiple measures. Before pouring, the project department organized a special preparatory meeting to thoroughly discuss and carefully plan the technical solutions, material supply, traffic routes, personnel allocation, as well as emergency response plans. During the construction process, project management and technical personnel provided oversight throughout, carefully planning transportation routes and vehicle scheduling to ensure timely and consistent supply of concrete. All the workers worked continuously, strictly controlling every step of the process such as pouring, vibrating, and finishing, and ultimately completed this pouring task in a high-quality and efficient manner.
