Project Name: Fanghua Chemical’s annual production project of 13,100 tons of fluorine-containing new materials and new functional chemicals. Launch Date: December 01, 2025. Location: Zhejiang. Total investment: 588.36 million yuan. Current progress: Project registration completed. Location of construction: Hangzhou Wanshangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone, Zhejiang Province. Scope of construction: The project will involve the use of an additional 45 mu of land for the construction of new production facilities; the total construction area will be approximately 13,750 square meters. Equipment such as reaction kettles and distillation towers will be purchased, enabling annual production of 13,100 tons of fluorine-containing new materials and new functional chemicals (2,000 tons of m-trifluoromethylacetophenone) ; 110 tons of m-trifluoromethylphenol ; 5000 tons of 4-chloro-3,5-dinitrotrifluorotoluene ; 3,000 tons of 2,4-dichloro-3,5-dinitrotrifluorotoluene ; A production capacity of 3,000 tons of 2,6-difluorobenzamide, with an annual by-product output of 3,359 tons of potassium chloride ; Annually, 10,006 tons of hydrochloric acid, 12,575 tons of sulfuric acid, and 6,223 tons of sodium sulfate are produced as by-products. The project is implemented in two phases: Phase 1 involves the production of 2,000 tons of m-trifluoromethylacetophenone, 110 tons of m-trifluoromethylphenol, 5,000 tons of 4-chloro-3,5-dinitrotrifluorotoluene, and 3,000 tons of 2,4-dichloro-3,5-dinitrotrifluorotoluene; as by-products, 12,575 tons of sulfuric acid, 2,241 tons of hydrochloric acid, and 6,223 tons of sodium sulfate are generated ; Phase 2: 3,000 tons of 2,6-difluorobenzamide, with 3,359 tons of potassium chloride as a co-product and 7,765 tons of hydrochloric acid as a by-product).
