On December 27, 2025, the first core pressure vessel for the POE unit of Sinopec Sixth Construction’s Blue Sea New Materials project – namely \"Reused Reactor 3100-V-4131\" – was successfully lifted and placed in position in one attempt within the POE tank area. It is reported that this device is one of the key components in POE systems, and it falls under category three pressure vessels. On December 26, the equipment was dispatched from Hai’an, Nantong, and transported by specialized vehicles along a carefully planned route, arriving at the site safely the following day. The equipment is transported in its bare form, which constitutes oversized transportation and imposes extremely high demands on road conditions as well as transportation arrangements. It is reported that at 10 a.m. on December 27, everything was ready at the site. Once the project supervisor gave the instructions, the lifting operation officially began. For this lifting operation, a 320-ton crawler crane is used as the main lifting device, while a 400-ton truck crane is used as the auxiliary device, with the two working together. Under the precise control of the commanders, the massive tank was lifted and rotated smoothly, gradually moving to position above the foundation. The entire process was smooth and orderly, with the device maintaining a stable posture and accurate positioning. At 11:28 a.m. that day, the tank was slowly lowered and precisely placed on the predetermined foundation, with the axis deviation kept within 3 millimeters, fully meeting the design specifications. The lifting of the first core equipment was a complete success.
