Project overview: The total land area of the project is 271.9 hectares, equivalent to 4,078.5 mu. It includes a new crude oil processing capacity of 15 million tons per year, as well as 15 million tons of atmospheric and vacuum distillation units (including light hydrocarbon recovery), 3 million tons of slurry-bed residue hydrocracking, 2.2 million tons of wax oil hydrogenation treatment, 2 million tons of wax oil catalytic cracking, 1 million tons of catalytic gasoline hydrogenation, 600,000 tons of catalytic product refining, 500,000 tons of catalytic LPG separation, 2.2 million tons of continuous reforming, 2 million tons of extraction and aromatic separation, 2 million tons of diesel hydrogenation upgrading, 3 million tons of diesel hydrocracking, 2.6 million tons of wax oil hydrocracking units, 100,000 tons of MTBE, 200,000 tons of alkylation, 4×100,000 tons of sulfur recovery, 100,000 standard cubic meters per hour of 1#PSA and 2#PSA units, 2 million tons of POX production, 120,000 tons of PPC production, 1.2 million tons of aviation fuel hydrogenation, 800,000 tons of C3/C4 separation, 200,000 tons of butanol, among other 22 process units, along with the associated utility systems and auxiliary facilities. Expected commissioning date: end of 2026
