Recently, the remaining individual construction units for phases 1 through 5 of the first phase of the Tianjin Synthon project obtained the necessary construction permits, and the above-ground works in phase 1 are now fully ready to begin, thus accelerating the progress of subsequent construction work on the project. The Tianjin Synwin project is located in the Nangang Industrial Zone of Tianjin Economic Development Area, with a total investment of around 10 billion yuan and a total land area of approximately 380,000 square meters. As a key project in the economic development zone, the progress of the Sinohchem project has attracted considerable attention. From the approval for land use to the construction permit, thanks to various reform measures put in place by TEDA to support businesses, such as the \"experts + dual supervisors\" service model, simulated approval processes, prior construction of pile foundations, separate permits for each building unit, and acceptance of applications despite incomplete documentation, the construction of this petrochemical project has been accelerated, thereby providing strong impetus for the development of the petrochemical industry in the economic development zone.
