According to a report from Tianchen Company in February 2026, the 30% scale model review for the EPC project of the 450,000-ton-per-year hydrogen peroxide production facility as part of the integrated phosphorus-coal chemical industry project in Bijie, Guizhou (Phase I) has been successfully completed. During the review meeting, Tianchen Company and the owner’s project team discussed issues such as the rationality of the process flow configuration, the scientific layout of major equipment, the feasibility of the initial pipeline routes, and compliance with safety distances. They conducted in-depth discussions on challenging topics including the interconnection layout of key devices and the safety of the initial routes for pipelines carrying hazardous materials, and proposed various optimization suggestions based on experience from similar projects. According to the publicly available environmental impact assessment information, the Phase I of the phosphorus-coal chemical integration project in Bijie, Guizhou, uses the anthraquinone process to produce 450,000 tons of hydrogen peroxide per year, of which 390,000 tons is 27.5% concentration hydrogen peroxide and 60,000 tons is 35% concentration hydrogen peroxide. These include the hydrogenation process, oxidation process, extraction and purification process, regeneration process, and working fluid preparation.
