Recently, for the energy-saving optimization project of the aromatic compounds plant at Fujian Fuhai Chuang Petrochemical Co., Ltd.’s Tenglong Aromatic Compounds (Zhangzhou) Co., Ltd., which was undertaken under EPC contract by Beijing Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as \"Beiyou Engineering\"), the main structure of CS11 substation has been fully completed, laying a crucial foundation for the subsequent installation and commissioning of electrical equipment. This substation features a two-story frame structure: the first floor serves as a cable compartment, while electrical equipment is installed on the second floor. It provides a stable power supply for the core equipment used in the system upgrades, and acts as a crucial element in ensuring the reliable operation of the project’s power supply system. At present, the building decoration work for the project has been fully launched, with completion of the accompanying decorations scheduled for April, to ensure that electrical installation and commissioning tasks can proceed as planned. At present, the detailed design of the project has been fully completed, the procurement of key materials has been successfully carried out, and production scheduling for the manufacturing phase is in full progress ； The on-site civil construction has entered a critical phase; work is being carried out simultaneously at multiple locations, with safety-related tasks being completed one after another. The installation work has also begun, and the overall progress is in line with the planned schedule, remaining orderly and under control. Since the project was launched, Beiyou Engineering has leveraged the company’s overall resources, assigning a core team to oversee the entire process of design, procurement, and construction. By using 3D models for review, the construction process has been optimized to ensure the project progresses efficiently. Aligned with the **\"dual carbon\" strategic plan, this project is a key supporting initiative for the high-quality development of the Fujian Gulei Sino-Saudi Ethylene Project within the Gulei Petrochemical Complex. Upon completion of the renovation, the capacity structure of the aromatic compounds complex will be optimized, raw material adaptability will be improved, and energy consumption and carbon emissions per unit of product will be significantly reduced.
