Advanced dry pulverized coal gasification technology is employed to produce syngas, which is then purified and subjected to cryogenic separation to obtain carbon monoxide. Ultimately, dimethyl oxalate (DMO) is produced from this syngas. At the same time, green hydrogen produced by electrolytic water hydrogen production units and nitrogen supplied by air separation units are used to synthesize clean ammonia products, which then, together with DMO, serve as the key raw materials for producing green oxalamide. Most of the oxalate produced by this project will be sold directly as end products, while the remaining portion will be scientifically blended with externally purchased nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium fertilizers to produce high-efficiency organic slow-release fertilizers, thereby achieving a green upgrade and increased value for these fertilizer products.
