Shanxi Jinding Lubao Energy Chemical Co., Ltd.’s project for producing 200,000 tons of LNG and high-purity hydrogen from coke oven gas. This project is located in the eastern area of the Lucheng Economic and Technological Development Zone in Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, and is funded and constructed by Shanxi Jinding Lubao Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. The main construction components of this project include the LNG plant, as well as the supporting utility systems and auxiliary facilities. An LNG production plant mainly includes: a compression section, a purification section (pre-purification, deep desulfurization, carbon supplementation), a synthesis section, and a liquefaction section. Raw material storage: coke oven cabinets and gas holders. Product storage and transportation includes: LNG storage and transportation (LNG storage tanks, loading arms, BOG recovery systems) ； Transport of hydrogen. The accompanying utility systems include: power transformation and distribution, heating system (steam and water system), chilled water plant, gas station, fire water station, raw water supply, circulating water system, demineralized water plant, and deaerated water plant. Auxiliary facilities include: on-site cabinet room, control room, analysis and testing laboratory, accident tank, hazardous waste temporary storage area, and flare stack. The total investment for the project is 1,211,161,100 yuan.
