On June 1, the T-B2090 equipment for the polyethylene polyamine unit at the Wanhua Chengda Chemical project in Yantai, Shandong, was precisely lifted into place by Sinochem Second Construction Company’s Fourth Division, with the assistance of Daji Company’s Seventh Lifting Command Center. This marked the successful completion of the lifting operations for the large-scale equipment at this project. The lifting equipment used this time has a diameter of 2.5 meters, a total length of 45 meters, and a net weight of 50 tons. The task was successfully completed by adopting a dual-machine operation mode with a 260-ton crawler crane as the main unit and an 80-ton truck crane as the auxiliary unit. It is reported that since the lifting operations began on April 7, the Seventh Lifting Command Team of Sinochem Second Construction’s Heavy Machinery Company has worked hard for two months, carrying out dozens of precise lifting operations. Despite the complex working conditions and the difficulties involved in the construction, the team focused on refining the lifting plans, optimizing the construction procedures, and strictly controlling safety risks. In total, they have completed the lifting of 15 pieces of equipment, with a combined weight of 1,088.8 tons.
