Xinyangfeng: Plans to invest a total of 6.2 billion yuan in projects for the production of fine phosphorus chemicals and lithium iron phosphate in the industrial chain

On April 27, Xin Yangfeng announced that Jingmen Xin Yangfeng Zhonglin Fertilizer Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of the company, plans to make an external investment to develop a fine phosphorus chemical industry park. The company also signed the “Contract for the Xin Yangfeng Fine Phosphorus Chemical Industry Chain Project” with the People’s Government of Zhongxiang City. The total investment in the project is approximately 3.2 billion yuan, with construction carried out in two phases. The main components include a mineral processing facility with an annual capacity of 1.5 million tons, upgrades to the fine chemical sector, comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum, and facilities for producing iron phosphate. The project is scheduled to begin construction within 3 months of obtaining the construction permit, with all construction to be completed within 36 months. The company plans to make an external investment to develop the Xinyangfeng phosphate-based new energy and new materials project, and has signed a project contract with the People’s Government of Dongbao District, Jingmen City. The total planned investment for this project is around 3 billion yuan. The construction will include a production line for 300,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate, along with supporting upstream facilities for 200,000 tons per year of lithium iron phosphate, with construction carried out in phases.
