Recently, according to the Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the energy conservation report for the project aimed at producing 30,000 tons per year of high-end fluorine-based fine chemicals by Sanming Haisifu Chemical Co., Ltd. has been approved. This approval marks a crucial step in the project’s development, laying an important foundation for its subsequent construction. Project Name: Project for Annual Production of 30,000 Tons of High-End Fluorine Fine Chemicals ； Construction unit: Sanming Haishifu Chemical Co., Ltd ； Project investment: 1.2 billion yuan ； Construction content and scale: The project will add major production equipment such as reaction vessels, electrolytic gas generation units, and refrigerators, along with supporting utility systems and auxiliary production facilities. It will also establish 19 production lines for high-end fluorine-based fine chemicals, including those for hexafluoroepoxypropane, hexafluoroisopropanol, hexafluoroisopropyl methyl ether, perfluoroheptanone, perfluoropentanone, hydrogen fluoride ether series, and perfluoropolyether coolants. Upon reaching full production capacity, an additional annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of high-end fluorine fine chemicals will be established. Expected commissioning date: Commissioned in October 2027 ； Review and regulatory requirements: The Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has in principle approved the energy conservation report for this project, requiring the enterprise to construct in strict accordance with the report and implement energy conservation measures ； Any major changes to the project must be promptly requested for adjustment. Prior to commissioning, energy conservation acceptance must be completed and an acceptance report submitted; only after passing the acceptance can the project be put into production and operation. The industry and information technology departments of Sanming City and Mingxi County will provide full-process supervision over the project’s design, construction, acceptance, and operation.
