These tanks utilize advanced technologies such as pioneering bipolar flexible support composite electrodes, offering excellent energy efficiency and significant economic value; they are suitable for use in various applications such as industrial hydrogen production and new energy storage. The green hydrogen production solution and equipment customized for this client are both environmentally friendly and offer higher economic efficiency. Li Chong, the technical director of Aodyuan, said that the 20 cubic meter constant-pressure hydrogen storage tank equipment that passed the acceptance test this time is a new generation of product developed by the company in response to market demands, leveraging its core technology of bipolar flexible support composite electrodes, which represents a technological breakthrough by the R&D team. For this acceptance process, an acceptance team composed of technical experts and customer representatives was formed to conduct a thorough evaluation through four steps: document review, performance sampling tests, visual inspection, and practical operation tests. This approach enabled a comprehensive assessment of the equipment’s related documents, core performance, manufacturing processes, and operational reliability, ensuring that the equipment met the requirements for large-scale production and practical use. Test results show that when operating at load levels of 5% to 120%, this hydrogen production unit performs excellently: the hydrogen output remains stable at over 20 cubic meters per hour, the purity of the hydrogen reaches 99.99 after gas-liquid separation and 99.9999 after further purification, the dew point is -100, and it can operate with an electric current density of 400 to 10,000 A/m²; its energy efficiency is superior to industry standards ； The first bipolar flexible support composite electrode eliminates the need for welding, avoiding the drawbacks of traditional manufacturing processes ； It features comprehensive sealing, pressure control, and safety protection systems, making it suitable for various applications such as industrial hydrogen production and new energy storage. The acceptance team unanimously agreed that its design is scientific and its performance is stable, and approved its official acceptance.
