Saiding Engineering signs EPC contract for key equipment in Shanxi coke oven gas project

Recently, Shudao Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully signed a contract with SEDIN Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SEDIN”) for the cryogenic methane separation unit in the Comprehensive Utilization Project of Coke Oven Gas in Shanxi. The end-user of this project is Jinding Steel Group, one of China’s top 500 private enterprises. As a leading enterprise in the domestic manufacturing of cryogenic technology equipment, Shudao Equipment has been deeply involved in the field of cryogenic utilization of coke oven gas for many years. It possesses its own core process packages as well as multiple patented technologies related to cryogenic separation. The company can tailor customized solutions to meet the specific product requirements of different projects. The project for producing 200,000 tons of LNG and high-purity hydrogen from Shanxi coke oven gas, which was signed this time, is under EPC general contracting by Saiding Company. The methane deep cryogenic separation unit in the core processing section utilizes the low-temperature distillation separation technology independently developed by Shudao Equipment Company. This technology can efficiently purify methane, stably produce high-quality LNG, and significantly improve the yield and purity of by-produced hydrogen. It has been successfully applied in multiple projects. In addition, the project is equipped with a 20,000 m³ bimetallic full-volume tank independently designed and manufactured by Shudao Equipment Company.
