1,000 tons of hydrogen supplied annually! On July 2, a tender was issued for the feasibility study services related to the distributed green hydrogen production project in Shigui District, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia. According to the tender announcement, the distributed green hydrogen production project in Shiguai District, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia, is to be located within the Baotou Wind Power Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park. The project aims to develop an integrated energy system encompassing wind, solar, hydrogen, energy storage, and charging services. It plans to install a distributed photovoltaic power generation system with a capacity of approximately 10 MWp, as well as a decentralized wind power generation system with a capacity of around 20 MW. Additionally, a hydrogen production plant with a capacity of 2,000 Nm³/h will be built; this plant is expected to produce 1,000 tons of hydrogen annually. A complementary comprehensive energy island will also be constructed, thereby establishing a green energy supply system characterized by “local power generation – local hydrogen production – localized energy consumption.” The scope of this procurement includes the full-process preparation of two separate feasibility studies for this project. This involves the preparation, optimization, review, and refinement of the feasibility studies for wind and solar power generation, as well as those for hydrogen production and related facilities. It also encompasses tasks such as the evaluation of main equipment options, research on integrated wind/solar hydrogen production solutions, the preparation of specialized reports, assistance with relevant approval procedures, and the compilation of cost estimates for the feasibility study. The ultimate deliverable will be all the results that meet **’s standards, industry norms, and those set by Southern Power Grid, and that satisfy the requirements for project approval and subsequent work. The estimated procurement amount is 930,000 yuan (tax included), with the maximum total price cap set at 930,000 yuan (tax included). (Among them: The preparation of the feasibility study report for wind and solar power generation costs 450,000 yuan ； The preparation of the feasibility study report for hydrogen production and related facilities costs 250,000 yuan ； Expert review organization, reporting, and improvement measures amount to 80,000 yuan ； Assistance with the preparation of filing/quota application reports and related procedures costs 80,000 yuan ； Deliverables, report revisions, and after-sales services amount to 70,000 yuan.
