Responsibilities of the Technical Team’s Oversight Unit: 1. Handling matters related to the onboarding, assessment, promotion, demotion, and dismissal of technical team members at the engineer level and above； 2. Regularly select outstanding original technical topics (including recommendations, voting, and announcement of results) ； 3. Regularly identify and recommend outstanding ones-on-one sessions and lectures held on the HaiChuan Forum, and submit such recommendations (those who provide high-quality responses to inquiries are rewarded regularly); 4. Regularly communicate with the managers of the regions under supervision to identify excellent team members within those regions, conduct periodic evaluations, and submit the results for rewards later on (the rewards are mainly given to team members who are highly active within their regions and provide numerous solutions to various problems) ； 5. Conduct review and designation of outstanding posts as featured posts within the managed area ； 6. Hold technical events at the HaiChuan Forum ； 7. Post and submit the monthly promotion list for the region under responsibility in the technical team’s activity area.
