How can valves made of carbon steel be made oil-proof, and what are the relevant manufacturing processes?
Oil removal and degreasing usually involves submerging the item in a tank containing chemical solvents~ Just be sure not to put rubber, plastic, or electrical components in that tank. . .
But how do I store it after soaking it? There’s a period of time until installation, and during that time it starts to rust again!
The ends of the valve are sealed with covers and stuck in place to keep the interior of the valve body clean, after which wrapping film is applied repeatedly.
The prohibition of oil for carbon steel valves is the result of design institutes working in isolation. There’s nothing to discuss.
