Reboiler issues in distillation towers

Why are reboilers always designed with fixed tube sheets instead of floating head types? Is it because the effect of the temperature difference is minimal? Is it still related to the installation style of the reboiler (vertical)?
There’s no mandatory requirement, right? Fixed-tube-sheet heat exchangers certainly use less material than floating-head heat exchangers, are cheaper, and are easier to manufacture; as long as they meet the process requirements, they should be given priority.
It is recommended that the original poster consider this issue based on the advantages and disadvantages of fixed-tube-sheet heat exchangers and floating-head heat exchangers.
