What are the requirements regarding the vaporization of liquid chlorine in steel cylinders? Things like the vaporization temperature, and the medium, etc. Are there any specifications or guidelines regarding photos? Are there any other regulations besides the Safety Regulations for Liquid Chlorine?

Reference can also be made to the notice regarding the issuance of the \"Guidelines on Safety Facilities and Emergency Response Techniques for Chlorine,\" as well as the safety technical requirements for the use of liquid chlorine, AQ3014-2008. Liquid chlorine cannot be vaporized using steam directly; hot water or a kettle-type vaporizer should be used, with the vaporization temperature not exceeding 40 degrees Celsius. If the temperature remains below 40 degrees, nitrogen trichloride will accumulate in the kettle-type vaporizer and must be discharged regularly. If a coil-type vaporizer is used, the vaporization temperature must reach 71 degrees Celsius, as this is the boiling point of nitrogen trichloride; this way, nitrogen trichloride will be vaporized and will not accumulate.
