Help: When reporting the spare parts, I was asked about whether the relay base has built-in rear wiring or built-in front wiring. I’m not quite sure about this, so I’d like to ask the experts how many different wiring methods exist for such bases and to get some explanations.
Backward wiring for embedded installation means wiring behind the mounting board, while forward wiring means wiring in front of the mounting board. For protective relays produced in China at present, there are three most common types of structures (series); these are collectively referred to as the standard structures in this document. (1) Fixed installation of the 10-series structure (referred to as the upper relay structure). In this structure, the relay is fixed in place as a whole; its basic design features wiring at the back of the panel, and with additional accessories it can also be used for wiring at the front of the panel. (2) Protruding plug-and-play 20-series structure (abbreviated as Aji structure): Relays with this structure can be separated from the base by plugging and unplugging. By adding a few mounting accessories to the basic structure, it can be turned into an embedded rear wiring solution; embedded front wiring is suitable for use as a housing for relays and various automatic control components.
