For the three-in-one salt acid synthesis furnace, there is poor flow of acid – what’s going on? (There is positive pressure inside the furnace.)

The acid flow is poor under positive pressure in the furnace; please check the pipelines to see if there are any blockages or similar issues. Check whether the height between the falling film absorbers is in line with the load design. The above content is reproduced from other sea travelers and is for reference only.
Is it the valve that controls the flow rate? What is the process like? If there are no issues with the process pipelines, then check the nodes
Is there salt crystal blockage?
Do salts crystallize in acid? Still. . .
Three-in-one furnaces generally maintain negative pressure. Check for any air blockage.
If there are no crystals in the furnace and the acid feed pipeline is not blocked, check whether the exhaust outlet of the acid inlet tank is unobstructed (for venting or connection to waste gas absorption)
It is clearly caused by an air blockage. Possible reasons: 1. The gas phase in the liquid seal tank is blocked or not flowing properly; 2. Poor gas flow in the storage tank ; 3. Insufficient suction force of the water jet pump (not properly adjusted during operation, resulting in insufficient negative pressure) ; 4. The packing in the absorption section or exhaust tower is severely worn, which hinders the flow of acid solution or absorption water, thereby causing poor acid distribution.
Have you taken a look at the gas phase part?
