By unscrewing the set screw, the dial can be rotated to adjust the viewing angle of the display. Once the adjustment is complete, the set screw should be tightened again; this way, the case can withstand vibrations up to 5g/2000Hz. This case is fully waterproof and has moisture-filtering and ventilation functions – it won’t be affected by wind, rain, or other harsh conditions; it won’t get sick, suffer from diarrhea, or feel fear or tremors. Moisture filtering and ventilation mean that the casing filters out moisture from the air and balances the air pressure inside and outside the casing. The air pressure from the surrounding environment is then delivered, through the air ducts in the cable, to the low-pressure chamber of the sensor located inside the probe. There is also an HSM waterproof electrical connector on the back of the casing. . . . A 20mm hole is drilled in the thin plate, allowing the case and the level probe to be fixed with nuts. Inside the probe lies the sensor’s low-pressure chamber as well as the signal wires; the sensor’s high-pressure chamber is in contact with the liquid. It features a diaphragm structure, which makes it less prone to residue accumulation and facilitates cleaning and maintenance. Even in conditions of lightning, thunder, and heavy rain, the level gauge does not give false readings – such is its reliability. 1. For water level monitoring, it is not necessary for the level gauge to be explosion-proof. 2. When explosion protection is required, this product offers intrinsically safe versions; for example, when used in underground coal mines, an intrinsically safe RS485 communication version is available
