1. How do flowmeters such as electromagnetic flowmeters, mass flowmeters, and vortex flowmeters achieve automatic zero adjustment? Is it required that the medium fill the pipe but not flow? Or can the air traffic control system be zeroed out? .... 2. Also, when there is a flow rate and auto-zeroing is clicked, will the current flow rate be set as the zero point, and then the value displayed will simply be increased by that amount? In the event of an incorrect operation, how can it be reverted to normal? ? I’m not sure if I made myself clear? ? Hehe, I’d like some advice!
1. It is best to fill the pipeline with actual medium; if there are valves at both the beginning and end, wait 15–20 minutes with them closed before making adjustments. 2. Wait until these conditions are met before making adjustments; otherwise, the results will definitely be inaccurate
What if there’s a mistake, and automatic zeroing occurs when there is traffic? What should be done? ? How do I turn it back?
Adjust it when it stops; if there’s no chance to do so for the time being, reset it to the factory default setting of 0. This will prevent too large deviations, and it can be used temporarily until adjustments can be made to meet the operational requirements
Same question: If the flow meter has been installed but the pipeline is empty and no fluid is flowing through it, can it still be zeroed out?
Can’t it be zeroed out using the air control? We used to do that in the past. Sometimes, even when there isn’t enough pressure, we would close the valves at both the front and back to zero out the setting; as long as the medium inside doesn’t flow and no flow rate is generated, that should be sufficient. Won’t this cause errors?
For air traffic control markers, using a gauge for gases is acceptable; but for liquids, at least a water gauge is required
