On the oxidation problem in the storage of caprolactam

We have a caprolactam storage tank with a capacity of 50 cubic meters, and we need to use a nitrogen seal for it. Can the nitrogen seal be connected to the pipe opening at the bottom of the pipe? Will boiling occur intensely in that case, and will it still be able to serve as a nitrogen seal?
Why push it all the way in? Can’t the nitrogen seal just be connected directly to the top of the storage tank? ?
