Analysis of the reason for multiple computers displaying a blank screen simultaneously with the AC800F controller

The unit uses AC800F controllers from ABB. The entire control system is divided into 2 configuration projects, which communicate with each other via OPC. One configuration project consists of 3 sections, with 6 pairs of redundant 800F controllers, while the other project has 4 sections and 7 pairs of controllers. The controllers are connected to each other through optical fiber transceivers in a ring network configuration. Each section is equipped with 2 to 3 computers. Currently, some computers in different sections are showing a blank screen; the operator stations only display a status bar with no image. This phenomenon occurs intermittently, and it is suspected that communication issues are to blame. Please help analyze the cause
Preliminary analysis suggests that someone opened the CBF configuration software on the engineer station at the same time. If everything was normal in the past, there shouldn’t be such a problem; it must be the 2013 version, or some version of 9.2. I’ve actually tried this before, and I never encountered such an issue. Additionally, regarding Digivis, after applying the patches (in the projects I’ve worked on, the first step after installing the software is to apply patches), use check to see if there are any patches that haven’t been applied yet
